Job Description

Upstox is looking for a Product Intern to join its Equity Products team in Mumbai. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative investment products from the ground up while collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and external partners. As a Product Intern, you'll contribute to product planning, market research, competitor analysis, feature documentation, and product execution. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving problems, working with AI tools, analyzing user needs, and building products that create real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and refining Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Support product development from ideation through launch. Conduct market and competitor research across Indian and global fintech platforms. Analyze product features and recommend improvements based on industry trends. Research and evaluate third-party vendors and technology partners. Coordinate with engineering, design, growth, and external teams during product development. Support product integrations with external services and APIs. Gather, organize, and analyze product-related data to support decision-making. Use AI tools to improve research, documentation, and workflow efficiency. Help ensure timely execution of product initiatives and feature releases.

Eligibility Criteria

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
