Job Description

LeadSquared is looking for enthusiastic engineering students and fresh graduates to join its Customer Engineering team as a Solutions Engineer Intern. During this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience in SaaS application support, customer issue troubleshooting, SQL, APIs, and cloud-based technologies while working closely with experienced engineers. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in technical support, cloud applications, and enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in resolving customer technical support requests. Troubleshoot application issues using logs, SQL queries, and internal support tools. Support senior engineers in identifying and reproducing software issues. Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Support teams. Learn SaaS workflows, cloud applications, and API integrations. Participate in internal technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions. Help improve support processes and customer experience.
