Job Description

Deloitte is hiring Associate Services Specialist I – End User Support professionals to join its Information Technology Support Services (ITS) team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving technical issues, supporting end users, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. As an Associate Services Specialist, you'll provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, collaboration tools, and workplace technology. Working closely with internal teams and business users, you'll help maintain IT infrastructure while delivering an excellent support experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support through walk-in assistance, phone, email, and remote support channels. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues. Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Install and update standard operating system images and enterprise software. Support Microsoft Office applications, collaboration tools, and productivity software. Troubleshoot printers, audio/video conferencing systems, and workplace technology. Manage IT assets, maintain inventory records, and update asset lifecycle information. Perform user account management and Active Directory administration. Document incidents, service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
